Assisted Living (The Meadows)
The Meadows subsidized housing is accessed through The Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA). Entry interviews and admission are collaboratively reviewed by both the Operator and VIHA for all potential residents who meet eligibility for Assisted Living.
The Meadows is registered under the Community Care and Assisted Living Act. We operate in collaboration with the Assisted Living Registrar’s Office, the Vancouver Island Health Authority, and BC Housing.
