Accommodations at Sunridge Place

Sunridge Place provides two distinct types of accommodations with their own unique services and programs catering to different resident needs. The two types of operations are Complex Care and Assisted Living.

Individuals have access to the accommodation based on their presenting health circumstances. There are legislated restrictions on placing and retaining individuals in either Assisted Living or Complex Care.

Assisted Living (The Meadows)

The Meadows subsidized housing is accessed through The Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA). Entry interviews and admission are collaboratively reviewed by both the Operator and VIHA for all potential residents who meet eligibility for Assisted Living. Read more

Complex Care (The Arbours)

The units at the Arbours are partially subsidized by The Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA). And, access to the Arbours is managed by the Vancouver Island Health Authority staff. Residents will need to be pre-qualified to access units. Read more
