Sunridge Place is located at 361 Bundock Avenue, Duncan, BC and was developed by Norman S. Jones Architectural Corporation in conjunction with the Ahmon Group.

The Ahmon Group own and operate Morgan Place, Fleetwood Place and Laurel Place in Surrey and will soon be opening Stanford Place in Parksville and Selkirk Place in Victoria.

Sunridge Place is a campus of care providing Assisted Living services (The Meadows) and Residential Care (The Arbours).

The Meadows will comprise of 50 single-bedroom suites, all with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenette area.

The Arbours complex comprises of five side-by-side buildings join by a corridor running through the centre of the site, called the "Street". On either side of the Street there are resident care units.

There are a total of 17 care units, three of which are specially designed for dementia care. The center building also houses the resident activity area, kitchen, laundry, reception and administrative offices.

Our resident mix will be a predominantly elderly with a variety of physical and psychiatric challenges and diagnoses. The total 160 residential complex care beds are funded by Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA).

Staff will be hired over the coming months, with training and orientation starting approximately mid June. A variety of professional and non professional staff will be required.
